More about product
From the hands of artisan Leon comes the “Bear and Mountains” Handmade Framed Metal Wall Tile, a testament to the majesty of the wilderness. This piece captures the essence of the great outdoors, with its 100% copper, stainless steel, or brass options, each material bringing its own distinct luster to the design.
The silhouette of a solitary bear set against the backdrop of towering mountains is more than a pattern; it’s a story. In copper, the bear takes on the hues of the earth, a gentle giant roaming the terrains that have long stirred the human spirit. The mountains, with their peaks reaching skyward, remind us of the vastness and the beauty of the natural world.
Choose stainless steel, and the scene transforms into a modern rendition of wildlife, the bear’s strength and resilience reflected in the cool, sleek metal. Opt for brass, and the warm tones imbue the scene with a vintage feel, reminiscent of old-world explorations and the timeless allure of nature.
This tile is not merely a decorative element but an ode to the spirit of adventure and the wildness that calls to us all. It invites contemplation and conversation, making any space it graces a portal to the wonders of the untamed world.
Leon’s craftsmanship ensures that each tile is imbued with a sense of care and authenticity, making your selection not just a part of your home, but a part of your story. Whether it takes pride of place in your kitchen, bathroom, or outdoor area, the “Bear and Mountains” tile stands as a homage to the wild, a piece of art that celebrates the enduring bond between humans and nature.

How to install copper tiles for backsplash
Some set of copper tiles from our store need special procedure of installation.
My durable products are 0,2 Inches thick (0.6 mm) and very easy to install – just like regular tiles, using about 0,18″ (3 mm) grout.
Maintenance
Moreover, the maintenance is not a problem. Use 1/2 cup of liquid dishwashing detergent and 2 cups of warm water or mild soap solution. Use a soft cloth or rag, not an abrasive sponge, nor a pad. When cleaning the tile’s surface, wipe it gently, then rinse the cloth or rag with warm water. Wipe the tile’s surface until you make sure that any soap or dishwashing detergent residue is removed. Then dry the surface with a soft cloth or a rag.
About LEON
Leon – A few words about me
Copper & Art is an artistic forge with a creative spirit. Through hard work combined with my passion for design and art, I have created an own, unique style, which is an astonishing meld of Celtic, Rustic and Art Deco. I offer one-off, handmade wall tiles that feature a spectrum of shapes and sizes. Those pieces of art are extremely nuts-and-bolts and can be applied absolutely everywhere – in the bathroom, kitchen, living room or even in the garden. The tiles can also give an artistic expression to an office. The passage of time only makes my art pieces look more sophisticated. I adjust our projects to customers’ taste and needs, also by making personalized pieces. With many years of experience (and also lots of experimenting!) with copper, I can say that the only limit is my own imagination!
