RETURNS POLICY

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply contact customer service to return your item back to Copper & Craft in the same condition it was delivered, and We would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price.
• The customer does not bear any costs related to the return of the goods.
• Your item may only be returned as long as you have not use or sized it.
• The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to inform me of their willingness to return the goods.
• We commission a UPS courier to pick up the returned goods. The customer receives a return label by e-mail.
• Our shop return the money immediately after receiving the product.

CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at +48504101327, email [email protected] or contact us via WhatsUp or our Facebook fanpage. Please include your customer order #, name and e-mail address used for the order and what the reason for cancel or the modification is. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Due to the high volume of orders shipped daily, we may not be able to honor a cancellation request as we aim to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. However, you can still request a return  upon receiving your item. Please be advised that emailing your request does not guarantee cancellation unless you receive a reply from customer service or a formal cancellation email.
